Dear RDA UK Volunteers, National Leads and Staff,

 
I am delighted to share with you the appointment of Paul Ringer as Interim Chief Executive.
 
Paul joins RDA from Spurgeons, a UK-wide charity supporting vulnerable children and families. Starting today, he will be working alongside Ed until the end of March, and then remain in post until the recruitment of a permanent successor.
 
Paul has 30 years of experience working in the helping professions and charity sector. He arrives at RDA having just completed an interim CEO role at Spurgeons. Whilst most of his career has been spent supporting children and families, it has also encompassed working with adults with substantial and long-term impairments.
